RE : Co-Agency Arrangement for the Sale / Rent of :

Refer to the above matter, we would like to confirm that our client is interested on the property and hereby we agreed to enter into a co-agency arrangement with your company on the said property, subject to the terms and conditions below:

1. Whereby you are the appointed agent for the Vendor / Landlord of the abovementioned property;
2. Upon the successful sale transaction for the above-mentioned property, we will share the professional fee on a 50.00% : 50.00% basis. The agreed co-agency professional fees shall be payable upon receipt of the payment of the professional fees from the vendor;
3. In the event the earnest deposit is collected and the deal is subsequently aborted, any amount remaining as professional fees after a portion of the forfeited deposit is paid to the vendor is to be shared 50.00 : 50.00 basis.;
4. This Co-Agency Agreement shall be valid from - to -. Either agency shall not contact the respective client directly unless consent is granted whilst the co-agency arrangement is still in force;
5. All other terms shall be in accordance to the Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Act 1981 and Rules 1986 and the Malaysian Estate Agency Standards 3rd Edition 2020. The rights of the Listing Agent shall be respected;
