I / We, the tenant(s) IC / Passport: hereby agree to rent the property known as at a monthly rental of RM .

A security deposit of RM and utility deposit of RM shall be payable subject to the agreed tenancy terms.

The tenancy shall commence on for a tenancy period of unless otherwise agreed in writing by the landlord(s) and tenant(s).

The tenant(s) agrees to maintain the premises in reasonable condition, comply with the house rules, and pay all rental and agreed charges on time. The landlord(s) agrees to deliver possession of the premises in accordance with the agreed commencement date and tenancy terms.

Any additional conditions stated in the description section below shall form part of this Offer to Rent. The formal tenancy agreement shall supersede this offer once duly executed by all relevant parties.
