I, the purchaser IC: do hereby agree and undertake to place earnest deposit of RM to the property address known as on “as is where is basis” for the total purchase price of RM .

The Earnest Deposit will be payable to FNR PARTNERS SDN BHD as stakeholder subject to the terms and conditions of purchase set out in this Offer to Purchase.

It is agreed that the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) must be signed between the vendor(s) and purchaser within from the date of vendor(s) acceptance or such other validity date mutually agreed. In default of signing the SPA within the agreed validity period by the purchaser, the earnest deposit paid herewith may be forfeited by FNR PARTNERS SDN BHD.

The balance purchase price of RM shall be paid in accordance with the terms stipulated in the Sale and Purchase Agreement, subject to any agreed extension and applicable interest.

If the purchaser(s) aborts this transaction, the earnest deposit shall be forfeited in accordance with the agreed terms. If the vendor aborts this transaction, the applicable consultation fee and compensation shall be payable to FNR PARTNERS SDN BHD in accordance with the agreed terms.
